Registration Information for 2008-2009
Grades 1 - 8
To register a child not presently enrolled in St. Sebastian Catholic
School, please call the school office at 313-563-6640 to schedule an
appointment.
Registration for current students begins:
January 27, 2008
To register a child already enrolled at St. Sebastian Catholic
School, the current tuition must be up-to-date,
Church contributions current, service hours completed or paid for
and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit....$100.00
Applied toward tuition
- Signed tuition contract
- A completed registration form
Kindergarten
For the admission of a child entering Kindergarten,
Preschool tuition
must be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit....$100.00 Applied toward tuition
- Signed tuition contract
(available at the school office)
- A copy of the child's birth certificate
- A copy of the Baptismal certificate
- A copy of the child's immunization record
- Proof of vision screening and a health form must be completed
and returned prior to beginning school.

A child shall be five (5) years of age on or before December 1st of
the year of entrance into Kindergarten.
3 & 4 Year Old Preschool
For Admission to 3 and 4 year old Preschool, Preschool tuition must
be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit....$100.00 Applied toward tuition
- Signed tuition contract
(available at the school office)
- A copy of the child's birth certificate
- A copy of the Baptismal certificate
- A copy of the child's immunization record
- A health form must be completed and returned prior to beginning
school.

A child shall be three (3) upon entering Preschool 3 and shall be
four (4) upon entering Preschool 4.
