Registration Information for 2010-2011
Grades 1 - 8
To register a child not presently enrolled in St. Sebastian Catholic School, please call the school office at 313-563-6640 to schedule an appointment.
Registration for current students begins: January 31, 2010
To register a child already enrolled at St. Sebastian Catholic School, the current tuition must be up-to-date, and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00. Non-refundable deposits paid between 2/10/10 and 5/03/10, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets. No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/04/10. This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.
- Signed tuition contract
- A completed registration form
Kindergarten
For the admission of a child entering Kindergarten, Preschool tuition must be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00. Non-refundable deposits paid between 2/10/10 and 5/03/10, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets. No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/04/10. This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.
- Signed tuition contract
- A copy of the child's birth certificate
- A copy of the Baptismal certificate
- A copy of the child's immunization record
- Proof of vision screening and a health form must be completed and returned prior to beginning school.
A child shall be five (5) years of age on or before December 1st of the year of entrance into Kindergarten.
3 & 4 Year Old Preschool
For Admission to 3 and 4 year old Preschool, Preschool tuition must be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:
- Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00. Non-refundable deposits paid between 2/10/10 and 5/03/10, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets. No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/04/10. This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.

A child shall be three (3) and potty trained upon entering Preschool 3 and shall be four (4) upon entering Preschool 4.
