Registration for current students begins:  January 30, 2011

To register a child already enrolled at St. Sebastian Catholic School, the current tuition must be up-to-date,  and the following shall be presented:

• Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00.  Non-refundable deposits paid between 1/30/11 and 5/04/11, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets.  No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/05/11.  This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.
• Signed tuition contract
• A completed registration form
• If entering the 6th grade, student is required to receive the Meningococcal-Meningitis immunization and provide an updated health form.

For the admission of a child entering Kindergarten, Preschool tuition must be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:

• Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00.  Non-refundable deposits paid between 1/30/11 and 5/04/11, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets.  No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/05/11.  This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.
• Signed tuition contract
• A copy of the child's birth certificate
• A copy of the Baptismal certificate
• A copy of the child's immunization record
• Proof of vision screening and a health form must be completed and returned prior to beginning school.

A child shall be five (5) years of age on or before December 1st of the year of entrance into Kindergarten.

For Admission to 3 and 4 year old Preschool, Preschool tuition must be up-to-date and the following shall be presented:

• Non-refundable deposit: At the time of registration, there is a non-refundable deposit of $150.00.  Non-refundable deposits paid between 1/30/11 and 5/04/11, you will receive $150.00 in parish festival raffle tickets.  No raffle tickets will be provided with your non-refundable deposit on or after 5/05/11.  This deposit is not deducted from your tuition.

A child shall be three (3) and toilet trained upon entering Preschool 3 and shall be four (4) upon entering Preschool 4.
