| Qualifying Children | Catholic children residing in the six counties of the Archdiocese of Detroit. | Children residing in Wayne County and entering K or transferring into grades 1** through 5 in the fall of 2009 who did not attend a private school in 2010-2011. | Applicants must be pre-elementary (Kindergarten), elementary, secondary, or post-secondary students who are under the age of 25 and are residents of Southeast Michigan. |
